PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos - Bank Mantap or known as Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos is a rapid growing company in Indonesia, based in Denpasar Bali and engaged in general banking industry. The Company has a primary focus on business development of Micro and Small Enterprises segment (SME/UMKM). The Company was previously known as Bank Sinar Harapan (Bank Sinar). The Company is a member of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the Country's strongest banks. As of December 2015, Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos is 58.25% owned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Another 40.40% are owned by state-owned pension insurance firm PT TASPEN (Persero) - 20.20% - and state-owned postal company PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) - 20.20% -, while the rest are divided each 0.70% and 0.65% between two personal owners, Ida Bagus Made Putra Jandhana and I Made Madia. As of December 2015, Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos has 15 branch offices, 79 sub branch offices, 6 cash offices, 1 functional office and directly emloys 1,210 dedicated staff.

The Company registered a 46.85% growth in total assets of Rp 2,578.09 billion as compared with Rp 1,755.52 billion in 2014. Total interest income in 2015 amounted to Rp 162.74 billion or 42.40% growth compared to Rp 114,28 billion in 2014. Net profit in 2015 grew considerably to Rp 24.39 billion, from Rp 20.55 billion in the previous year.

Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Education background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) with minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4-point scale.
  • Age: S1 (maximum 25 years), S2 (maximum 28 years old)
  • Does not have a nuclear family in Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos (parents and siblings)
  • Single/not married and willing not to get married during the education period.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
  • Willing to follow 3-years bond period.
